By joining the Kini Luxury Agent Partnership Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting bookings or promoting Kini Luxury services to your clients.


Partnership Program

The Kini Luxury Agent Partnership Program is available to travel agents, tour operators, villas, hotels, concierges, wedding organizers, corporate travel planners, influencers, content creators, and other approved business or individual partners. Partnership approval is subject to review and acceptance by Kini Luxury. Kini Luxury reserves the right to approve or decline partnership applications at its discretion.


Booking Process

All partner bookings must be submitted through the official Kini Luxury booking channels, including WhatsApp or any other booking method designated by Kini Luxury. A booking is considered confirmed only after Kini Luxury has confirmed the service and applicable rate. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until written confirmation is provided by Kini Luxury. Partners are responsible for providing complete and accurate customer and service information, including the customer's name, contact details, service date, pick-up location, destination, flight information where applicable, vehicle preference, number of passengers, and other relevant requirements.

Commission

Approved partners are eligible to receive a 10% commission on eligible transportation services. Commission is calculated based on the base transportation rate only and does not include taxes, surcharges, overtime charges, tolls, parking fees, or other additional charges unless otherwise agreed in writing by Kini Luxury. Commission applies only to transportation services, including car rental with chauffeur, airport transfers, half-day services, full-day services, and other eligible chauffeur transportation services confirmed by Kini Luxury.

Non-Commissionable Services

The following services and charges are not commissionable unless otherwise agreed in writing: VIP Airport Fast Track, VIP Concierge Services, Police Escort, Child Seats, Decorations, Photographer and Videographer Services, Bodyguard Services, Experience Packages and Activities, Tour Guide Services, Third-party services, Overtime charges, Parking, tolls, and other operational charges, Any other additional services or requests. Commission is calculated only on the eligible base transportation rate.

Commission Eligibility

Commission is payable only for bookings that:

Bookings submitted directly by customers without proper partner attribution may not be eligible for commission. Kini Luxury reserves the right to determine whether a booking qualifies for commission eligibility.

Commission Claim Period
Commission claims must be submitted no later than the last calendar day of the month in which the service was completed. For example, if a service is completed on August 15, the commission claim must be submitted no later than August 31. Any commission not claimed by the applicable deadline will be considered expired and no longer payable.

Commission Payment
Commission is processed after the transportation service has been successfully completed and the applicable payment has been received by Kini Luxury. Commission payments will be made according to the agreed payment method between Kini Luxury and the partner. Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers shall be borne by the partner unless otherwise agreed.

Commission Attribution
Commission is payable only where the partner is properly identified and recorded as the referring agent at the time of booking. Kini Luxury shall not be responsible for commission claims where the partner attribution was not provided or confirmed prior to booking confirmation.

Commission Calculation After Discounts
Commission is calculated based on the final eligible transportation rate confirmed by Kini Luxury, after any applicable discounts or adjustments, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Promotions, Discounts & Collaborations
All promotions, discounts, vouchers, referral rewards, complimentary services, upgrades, and collaboration benefits are subject to specific eligibility requirements and conditions as determined by Kini Luxury. Kini Luxury reserves the right to verify compliance with all applicable requirements before, during, or after the service is provided. Any promotional or collaboration benefit may be withheld, adjusted, revoked, or deemed void if the guest, participant, influencer, affiliate, or collaborating party fails to meet the applicable requirements, provides inaccurate information, engages in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unfair practices, or does not fulfill agreed deliverables. Where applicable, Kini Luxury reserves the right to charge the difference between the promotional rate and the standard rate, recover the value of any benefit provided, refuse future promotional eligibility, or terminate the collaboration. All promotions and collaborations are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation and No-Show
No commission will be payable for cancelled bookings, no-shows, or bookings that are not successfully completed. If a commission has already been paid and the corresponding booking is subsequently refunded, cancelled, or adjusted, Kini Luxury reserves the right to deduct or recover the related commission from future commission payments.

Booking Changes and Upgrades

If a booking is upgraded or additional transportation services are added after the original confirmation, the commission will be calculated based on the final eligible transportation amount actually paid and completed. Non-commissionable services and additional charges remain excluded from the commission calculation.

Partner Pricing and Customer Charges

Partners must use the rates provided or approved by Kini Luxury when quoting transportation services to customers. Partners may not represent additional charges as Kini Luxury fees unless such charges have been approved by Kini Luxury. Kini Luxury reserves the right to update its rates, service availability, and commission structure. Any changes will apply to new bookings unless otherwise communicated.

Currency & Payment Conversion

Commission payments will normally be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversion, bank charges, intermediary fees, or payment processing fees incurred in connection with the commission payment shall be borne by the partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Communication and Representation
Partners are expected to provide customers with accurate information regarding Kini Luxury services, pricing, availability, vehicle specifications, service conditions, and applicable Terms and Conditions. Partners must not make promises, guarantees, or representations on behalf of Kini Luxury that have not been authorized or confirmed by Kini Luxury. Any special request or service requirement must be confirmed with Kini Luxury before being promised to the customer.

Service Availability

All bookings are subject to vehicle and service availability. Kini Luxury reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with a similar or higher-category vehicle when necessary due to operational, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with Kini Luxury's Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party and Additional Services
Certain services offered through Kini Luxury may be provided by third-party partners and are subject to their availability, operational requirements, and applicable policies. Commission eligibility for third-party services will be determined separately and does not apply unless expressly confirmed by Kini Luxury.

Partner Conduct
Partners are expected to conduct themselves professionally and represent Kini Luxury accurately and respectfully. Kini Luxury reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partnership if a partner engages in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, unauthorized use of the Kini Luxury brand, abusive conduct, or any activity that may damage the reputation or business interests of Kini Luxury.

Brand and Marketing Use
Partners may use approved Kini Luxury logos, service information, photographs, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting eligible Kini Luxury services. Partners may not modify, reproduce, or use Kini Luxury branding in a manner that suggests ownership, employment, official representation, or authorization beyond the scope of the partnership. Kini Luxury may request the removal or correction of any promotional material that is inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or inconsistent with the brand.

Confidentiality

Partners may receive confidential information relating to Kini Luxury's rates, commission structure, customer information, operational procedures, or business arrangements. Such information must not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without the prior written consent of Kini Luxury, except where disclosure is required by law.

Partnership Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing notice to the other party. Termination of the partnership does not affect commission eligibility for completed bookings that were properly confirmed before termination, provided that all applicable commission requirements and claim deadlines have been met. Kini Luxury reserves the right to terminate a partnership immediately in cases of fraud, misuse of the partnership, unauthorized representation, non-payment, or conduct that may materially harm Kini Luxury or its customers.

Independent Partner Relationship

Participation in the Agent Partnership Program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or legal partnership relationship between the partner and Kini Luxury. Partners act as independent business partners and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, licenses, and legal obligations.

Taxes

Partners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other statutory obligations arising from commission payments received from Kini Luxury, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Amendments
Kini Luxury reserves the right to modify these Agent Partnership Terms and Conditions, including commission structures, eligibility requirements, and payment procedures. Any amendments will be communicated or published through the official Kini Luxury channels and will apply from the effective date stated by Kini Luxury.

Governing Law

These Agent Partnership Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
